The Recreation and Wellness staff is committed to making sure that you know you're still part of our community. We'll be providing stories, workouts, videos, and whatever else we can think of that hopefully can be a resource for you. We welcome you to contribute and connect through us, as well. With her holistic and individualized approach, Kristi works with her clients to help them achieve goals in alignment with their values and sense of purpose.
Kristi Tauer is a Master’s student in the Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching program. She has a background in conventional medicine and health sciences and also in integrative and complementary healing. Kristi has a particular interest in stress management, work/life/school balance, and behavior change.

For the remainder of the spring semester 2020, while classes continue through alternative instruction methods, Stress Check-ins will be held remotely via Zoom.
Stress Check-ins provide an opportunity for support to talk through stress in your life, come up with solutions, and to connect with campus resources.

Membership paid via Payroll Deduction
Effective Wednesday, March 18th, 2020, we will not be deducting membership dues, including sponsored memberships, from your paycheck. This will be reflected in your March 25th paycheck. You are still an active member of Recreation and Wellness, however, we will not be charging you while we’re closed. If you have a locker rental or sponsored locker rental through payroll deduction, this fee has also been suspended.
Membership paid in Full
All memberships and lockers for non-student service fee-paying members (including alumni, faculty, staff and some students) will automatically be extended in an amount equal to the number of days lost due to these closures. For example, if the facilities are closed for 30 days, the expiration date of all memberships will automatically be extended by 30 days.
At this time, refunds will not be issued for your membership contract. If we continue to have facility closures beyond May 17, we will reassess our policies in line with state, local, and University-wide directives and provide members with more information.
For those unable to take advantage of the membership extension (i.e. graduation, the term of employment, etc.), please fill out the linked request form, which our member services team will review on a case by case basis.
With this interruption in services, we understand that many of you will have questions or concerns about your membership or purchases. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we develop resources to process these requests and transactions during these unprecedented circumstances.
