10 Week Weight Loss

10 Week Weight Loss

10 Week Weight Loss will help participants in creating healthier habits by learning how the body functions and responds to various exercise.

  • Meet for 60 minutes, three times per week in a small group format to train with a certified personal trainer.
  • Learn how to make improvements in nutrition habits and increase awareness of diet through online nutrition tracking.
  • Measure changes in body fat and fat-free mass through pre-program, mid-program, and post-program BodPod assessments.

Women and Weights

Women and Weights

Led by two certified personal trainers, Women & Weights teaches the fundamentals of strength training in a comfortable and inclusive environment for all individuals identifying themselves as females. Through the development of proper form and movements, women will build the confidence to incorporate various exercises into their own strength training programs.

  • Two one-hour sessions per week for eight weeks.
  • 15 minutes of strength training education followed by a 45-minute workout.
  • Explanations and demonstrations of the various strength training movements.
  • Instruction on how to build a basic strength training program.
  • Incorporation of a variety of resistance equipment including machines, free weights, and barbells.
