Looking to get an array of experiences in your workouts? This Small Group Training class will focus on different styles of equipment and workouts to keep your body guessing. A great class for individuals newer to organized fitness instruction or looking for ways to switch up their routine with something new.

Led by two certified personal trainers, Women & Weights 1 teaches the fundamentals of strength training in a comfortable and inclusive environment for all individuals identifying themselves as females. Through the development of proper form and movements, women will build the confidence to incorporate various exercises into their own strength training programs.

The kettlebell is a valuable tool for all fitness enthusiasts, from new exercisers to veteran athletes. This course is focused on promoting full-body fitness using traditional kettlebell movements and exercises. An excellent choice for those looking to understand how to challenge their bodies with some new techniques.
