Description
Want to work on your stroke technique? Here's an opportunity to do just that with aquatics staff from RecWell. Sign up for a 90 minute clinic where aquatics staff members will act as instructors and provide feedback on your technique. Feel free to come with any specific issues or questions you may have and we'll be happy to address them.
The 90 minutes will be spent working between 2 - 4 clinic instructors. We will work with you on your technique and provide you with drills and other feedback that you will be able to utilize during your own training sessions. Must be able to swim 100 yards continuously.

Parking + Entering
Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center
- The closest parking to the building is the University Ave Parking Ramp or free street parking on University Ave (on Sundays only).
- Please enter through the University Ave entrance at 1910 University Ave.
- There are locker rooms on site for you to use.
St. Paul Gym Pool
- Parking is available via metered parking in the St. Paul Gym lot, or street parking located around the gym. Any unmetered parking in the St. Paul Gym or surrounding lots is contract parking only.
- Please enter through the front door at St. Paul Gym and check in with the front desk, informing them you are there for the tri clinic.
- There are locker rooms on site for you to use, located straight ahead and down the stairs from the front desk.
