We offer free on Demand Les Mills classes at St. Paul Gym. Members can use the the 2nd floor studio to access the classes any time. No registration or reservation required (room not available during pre scheduled group fitness classes). All selection tablet, TV, and all fitness equipment is provided in the room.

To access the Les Mills on Demand classes members can use the tablet to select a class:

  1. Use the green button to begin.
  2. Click on the orange button to find your class.
  3. Scroll down to find your class in the specific format category.
  4. Click on the orange button to begin the workout.

All Les Mills Virtual Classes are self directed; however, each Wednesday at 5:15pm Body Balance will run automatically in the Studio! This class is free and no registration is required.

LES MILLS BODYATTACK® is a high-energy, athletic workout focused on cardio fitness, muscle endurance and agility. It combines sports-inspired training like running, lunging, and jumping with body weight strength exercises. You will leave feeling stronger so you can attack every day with confidence.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga workout that will improve your mind, your body, and your life.

Set to the perfect soundtrack, you can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, with elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Whether you’re experienced with yoga, just starting out, or looking for something to complement your other workouts, BODYBALANCE will leave you feeling rejuvenated, calm, centered and focused.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ is a non-contact, mixed martial arts-inspired workout that fuels cardio fitness and conditions your whole body. Define and strengthen your upper and lower body while increasing your overall speed and fitness. Feel empowered and in control as you punch out stress, kick down goals and build phenomenal core strength.

BODYCOMBAT is available as a 30-55 minute workout.


LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ is a scientifically-backed barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to build strength and get you fit – fast.

Using a LES MILLS SMARTBAR and SMARTSTEP, you'll work all your major muscles as you increase aerobic fitness and build strength. The encouragement, motivation, and great music you get in a BODYPUMP class will leave you feeling energized, confident and powerful, while getting you fitter, faster.

Les Mills Barre

LES MILLS BARRE™ is a classical ballet-inspired workout that combines graceful movements with modern music to shape postural muscles and build full body strength. Feel elegant, strong, and focused as you combine cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and light weights.

LES MILLS BARRE is available as a 15 - 45 minute workout.

Les Mills Core

LES MILLS CORE™ is 360 degrees of pure core, but not as you know it. LES MILLS CORE is an innovative workout that will transform the muscles of your torso, hips, and glutes into a powerhouse of support for the rest of your body. Scientifically tested to improve your stability, elevate speed, and assist with injury prevention, you will feel strong, agile and connected after each workout.

Available as 15-45 minute workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, optional weight plates and bands.

Les Mills Grit

LES MILLS GRIT is the next generation of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Combining hard-hitting soundtracks and the latest scientifically-tested moves that will push your body and mind to their absolute limits. Develop anaerobic stamina, increase cardiovascular fitness and build strength.

LES MILLS GRIT will shift your fitness to the next level in only 30-minutes. Choose from:

GRIT Strength uses barbells, plates, and bodyweight exercises to make you strong and unbelievably fit.
