This "new exerciser" program is intended to jump start your fitness by providing both accountability and freedom for you to start and remain physically active.

Staff and Faculty Fitness Medley: The 6-week program is about helping faculty and staff members embrace a healthier lifestyle. We will focus on supporting self-sufficiency by providing you with 2-days/week instruction from a certified personal trainer. This  program is intended to jump start your fitness by providing both accountability and freedom for you to start and remain physically active in a safe environment surrounded by similar minded individuals.

Women and Weights: This 6-week class aims to assist women in increasing their strength, teaching how to use various equipment, and developing confidence in themselves as strong, powerful women.
